When you submit this form, your email, request and attachment are processed through Netlify and Gmail to answer your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to answer you, prepare a quote and take steps towards an order at your request. Information needed to fulfil an order or legal obligations may be retained for those purposes. We do not use enquiry details for unsolicited marketing.
Hosting and external services
Netlify hosts the website and processes submitted forms, including uploaded artwork, to send them through Gmail. We do not store attachments in a website database. Correspondence is kept in our mailbox. WhatsApp, Viber and Instagram are external services used when you follow their links. Providers may process information outside North Macedonia. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to help prevent automated spam. It processes technical browser and connection data for that check.
Device storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores artink-privacy-v1 locally to remember that you dismissed the notice. You can remove it through browser settings. The separate admin uses authentication services for authorised editors.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence only as needed for the enquiry, an order and applicable legal duties, then delete it when no longer required. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to processing where applicable. Requests are assessed under applicable law. You may complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia at azlp.mk.
